We plan around the people, access, and schedule already in place, then use a small setup to capture the story without asking a room to stop.

Working without disruption

We learn the environment quickly and use only the equipment and crew the project needs.

In practice, that means:

agreeing on access and schedule before filming
working with a small setup
filming without stopping the people in the room

That approach lets us work inside city offices, foundations, public events, and other active spaces.

We adapt to the environment rather than asking it to adapt to us.

Working to a deadline

For time-sensitive projects, we agree on what must be captured and when the finished video is needed.

During the event, we:

follow the agreed priorities
capture the people and moments that tell the story
edit to the delivery schedule set for the project

Same-day and 24-hour delivery can be arranged when the scope and schedule allow.

At the start of each project, we confirm the timeline, what we need from you, the deliverables, revisions, and usage rights in writing. Bill stays directly involved and brings in trusted collaborators when the scope calls for them.
